Hydrant Branch Saddle installation eliminates the
need to cut the pipe-ideal for coils up to 180mm.
Main can be laid and hydrant retrofitted.
For re-lined mains, these kits allow the installer
to reduce the excavation area for the hydrant installation and therefore
reduce reinstatement costs and installation time.
For larger sized mains the kit offers a neat, quicker
and smaller installation than previously available.
The kit should be used in conjunction with a non-pressure
drill, this ensures the coupon and swarf is retained within the
drill and not as debris within the main.
Offers the installer a fully welded system up to
the hydrant flange.
Eliminates the need for mechanical joints thus enhancing
pipeline performance and longevity.
Flanged raising pieces is pupped to 450mm length
to allow operator to size stack height with the eye and cut to size
for perfect distance between hydrant outlet and manhole cover.

of bolt sets.
Full faced flange has a moulded in facial arrow to
ensure correct alignment of main with the hydrant outlet.
