AWT Fusion provides the following services to its customers :

• Training on the proper use of electrofusion and butt fusion machines and tools
• Service and repairs of all machines and tools supplied.
• Hire of Electrofusion Control Boxes and Butt Fusion Machines.

Training

Both classroom and on site training are provided to all operators of electrofusion and butt fusion machines. Demonstration and familiarisation programmes are also provided to executives of water and gas organisations and other interested parties on the proper use of electrofusion and butt fusion equipment and products. Classroom training can be conducted in AWT Fusion’s own premises or at clients’ premises.

All training are carried out by our technical personnel who have been trained by Fusion Group in the UK.

Certificates of competency will be issued to operators who have successfully completed the classroom-training course.

Service & Repairs of Machines and Equipment

AWT Fusion has its own workshop to carry maintenance, service and repairs or replacements of parts of all machines and equipment supplied by the company. On-site trouble shootings are also provided when necessary.

Hire of machines & Equipment

Electrofusion Control Boxes and Automatic Butt Fusion Machines and associated tools are also available for hire to contractors to enable them to carry out electrofusion or butt fusion jointing of PE pipes on site.
