The new multi-clamp kit has been specifically re-designed for easier alignment and restraint of electrofusion fittings as a result of customers requests for a lighter, more flexible multi-clamp to suit narrow trenching techniques.

ELBOW CLAMPS

DESCRIPTION

A very simple hand tool for clamping 20mm, 25mm and 32mm service pipe when fusing 90° elbows giving stress free joints.

ALIGNMENT CLAMPS

APPLICATION AND RANGE

This type of clamp is an aid to ensure correct alignment of pipe and large diameter couplers during the electrofusion process and during the cooling period. It is available for pipe sizes 250mm, 315mm & 355mm.

G CLAMPS

APPLICATION AND RANGE

This clamping system is designed for the installation of top loading (otherwise known as stack-loading) electrofusion saddles and tapping tees. Available in three sizes 63-250mm, 63-315mm and 63-400mm.

FEATURES
- Suitable for all manufacturer's top loading fittings that comply with BGC PS PL2 part 4
- Load indicator gives visual indication of correct force application between fitting and pipe thereby ensuring joint integrity
- Simple locking pin design helps for quick pipe size selection / adjustment
- Load screw totally isolated from load indicator mechanism, thus not affected by use

MINI & MAXI CLAMPS

APPLICATION AND RANGE

The mini and maxi clamps are designed to retain and align pipe and fittings for service connections during the electrofusion process.

The mini clamp is suitable for pipe sizes 16, 20, 25 and 32mm and the maxi clamp 40, 50, 55 and 63mm.

With additional arms - equal tees and 90° elbows of all sizes can be accomodated.
