DATA TRANSFER TERMINAL KIT

Includes Fusion's Data Transfer terminal and necessary communications lead.The Data Transfer Terminal Kit provides an easy way to collect ABF joint record information before it is transferred to user's PC.

The Data Transfer Terminal speeds output to 2 joints per second. Due to its massive 1000 record capacity, disruption to information gathering of the actual pipeline installation process, is minimised. Once transfered to a personal computer, the powerful 'analyst' software gives instant reporting of the jointing parameters of a pipeline installation, with interrogation possible at various levels.
 
DATA TRANSFER SYSTEM V2.0
Including the Data Transfer Software, User Guide and Universal Lead, the main package will allow transfer of information from the control unit directly to the user's PC. Automatic Butt Fusion machines (including the ABF630 ) and Data Retrieval Electrofusion Control Units are supported. Also available as an upgrade for users of V1.x . A convenient carry case is included.

Includes a Psion Organiser, communication lead, configuration software and an addtional Universal lead. The Psion Kit adds even more flexibility to Data Transfer V2.0 by providing a convenient means of collecting Electrofusion or ABF (inc. ABF630) joint record information before it is finally transferred to the user's PC.

DATA PRINTER

A hand-held data printer for use with automatic butt fusion machines, provides a printed historical joint record for archieve purposes (via the on-board database)

- Can be used by the supervisor as a "silent policeman" to ensure pipeline joint integrity

- Provides the installer with documentary evidence of good working practies

- Helps utilities and contractors to conform to BS EN ISO 9002 by enabling the operator to demonstrate traceability if parameters for a "special process " which cannot undergo destructive testing
